Privacy and data handling
Your enquiry information, handled clearly.
This notice explains what Quote Comeback collects through this website, why it is used, and how long it is kept. The fit check never asks you to upload customer records.

Who is responsible
Quote Comeback is responsible for website enquiry information. For a privacy question or request, email alexstaniforth98@gmail.com.
What is collected
- Your five fit-check answers and calculated fit result.
- Your name, business name, and email address.
- Submission time, source page, acknowledgement version, and inbox status needed to operate the enquiry service.
- A one-way hash derived from the connection address, used for abuse prevention rather than to identify you.
How it is used
- To assess and respond to the recommendation you request.
- To discuss a pilot only when you ask to take that next step.
- To prevent duplicate, automated, or abusive submissions.
- To secure the private owner lead inbox and diagnose delivery failures.
Enquiry details are not sold, and submitting the fit check does not add you to a general marketing list.
Why this processing is permitted
Enquiry information is used to take the steps you request before deciding whether to work together. Limited security information is used for the legitimate purpose of protecting the website and lead inbox. Any separate marketing choice would be optional and presented separately.
Service providers
Cloudflare provides the website and database infrastructure used to receive and store enquiries and secure the owner inbox. It processes the information needed to provide those services under its data-protection terms. Quote Comeback does not sell enquiry information to third parties.
How long information is kept
Website enquiries are automatically removed from the lead inbox after 90 days and may be deleted sooner when no longer needed. Short-lived security event records are retained for up to 24 hours. If you become a client, information required for that relationship may be kept separately for the applicable contractual, accounting, and legal period.
Security and cookies
Enquiries are stored in a protected database and are visible only through the private owner inbox. The public fit check does not use advertising or marketing cookies. The owner inbox uses a strictly necessary secure session cookie after sign-in.
Your choices and rights
You can ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your enquiry information. You may also ask to restrict or object to certain uses. Email alexstaniforth98@gmail.com and include the email address used for the request so the record can be located safely.
If a concern cannot be resolved, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
